Summary: Love this Product. A lifesaver.
Comment: We recently used this with my 26 month old son on his Britax Marathon. It was so simple. With my husband's help, we were able to attach it to the carry-on while my son remained sleeping in his seat. My son is a real busy body and hates strollers, so I worried that he would not want to sit in it during our layover after being stuck in a plane for 4 hours, but he loved it. He actually couldn't wait to sit in it and be wheeled through the airport. Once we got to our final destination, he actually threw a fit because we would not take the seat out of the car and wheel him inside the house.

Summary: This strap saved me a bundle!
Comment: After traveling trying to push a stroller and drag a suitcase and carry a carseat all at once, I was at my wit's end. I almost purchased a special strolling-carseat for $200... when I found this! What a smart invention. It saved me a bundle AND makes travel easier because I only have to push ONE item, my suitcase-stroller combo! When I need to check my carseat, I do it at the gate, just as you would a stroller. This item is excellent and the inventor gives great customer service as well.

Summary: Great invention
Comment: I was quite skeptical when this small strap arrived in the mail because it looked so simple. But it worked very well and was a real life-saver. It was affordable and easy to use. I recently traveled alone with my 13-month old and didn't want to bring my stroller. I simply used the Traveling Toddler to attach our Britax Marathon car seat to my carry-on suitcase. It allowed me to "wheel" my son through the airport by myself, while carrying all of the stuff I needed to carry. I had a backpack as a diaper bag, and I was good to go! So simple I even had a hand free. I couldn't believe it. A flight attendant helped with the seat once I was on the plane. The only drawback was going through security and having to un-do and then re-do everything. But once you have the straps adjusted to the right tightness, it's easy to put back on without having to readjust the straps.

Summary: Don't listen to those bad reviews!
Comment: Ok, I read the reviews before I bought this. I have the Britax Marathon carseat, so was pleased to see that many others who have that carseat also liked this product. I LOVE IT!!! I have no idea what those bad reviewers are thinking. Maybe they're just not that bright. I have a standard rolling carry-on suitcase and it fits perfectly. It's snug and secure (I was wondering if it would be wobbly) and easy to use. I read where people had issues getting through security in a timely fashion. Have you ever travelled with a toddler in a timely fashion? This takes just a second to undo the two side Latches, and the top one just stays in place. then it takes just another 2 seconds to reLatch the sides when you're finished. How can that possibly be difficult?? I highly recommend this product. Genius.

Summary: I would give it more stars if I could!!!
Comment: This is a must have. It worked perfectly and took much of the hassle out of traveling in the airport. We travel often and it was always a little stressful with a 2 year old. Since we got this strap traveling has been a breeze.

Travel before purchase:
One of us (usually me) was elected to take care of said 2 year old while the other had to haul the cumbersome carseat. Keeping up with 2 yr old in airport is not an easy feat. We tried taking a stroller, but he can easily escape. Why would he want to ride in a stroller when he could be running around the airport. By the time we actually got on the plane I was exhausted and frazzled. I tried traveling a few times by myself with 2 yr old and I swore I would never do it again.

Travel after purchase:
Travel is a breeze. Our toddler does not question sitting in his carseat. So he rides without compliant while strapped on a suitcase. No more chasing run away toddler, no more lugging carseat through airport. We normally fly Southwest and we just wheel him down and right into the first row, where the isle is larger, unstrap him(carseat and all) and lift him into the plane seat without ever taking him out. When we land we get the bag and strap his carseat to it and off we go. It is wonderful. It was so easy that I decided I could travel alone with him again and I have with no problems.

It is a simple idea and it may seem expensive for the materials used, but it is a bargain when you consider the headache and hassle saved.
